Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, and using the ThinkClr app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to download, install, or use the app.
License: ThinkClr grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the app for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the app.
Content: The app may contain content that is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any such content, in whole or in part.
User Data: You agree that ThinkClr may collect and use certain data about your use of the app, including but not limited to your device information, usage patterns, and location data. ThinkClr may use this data to improve the app and provide you with better service.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ThinkClr be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the app, whether based on a theory of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if ThinkClr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ThinkClr with respect to the app and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
